Vision 2040 Campaign

Vision 2040 Campaign

Help needed!

Can you spare $25 and 5 minutes?

20 years ago I co-founded a non-profit to help young people discover and develop their talents in engineering, science, technology and design, and pursue careers and education paths. Robotics And Beyond is based in New Milford CT, just north of Danbury. We provide afterschool, weekend and summer camp programs in over 20 topics. We have impacted over 3000 individuals and their families and attract students from up to 60 miles away. Our alumni work in nearly every sector of business and industry, from electrical technicians and mechanics to electrical engineers on the iPhone team, cybersecurity at IBM and astrophysics. We had a terrific celebration event on November 5, 2023. This was also about kicking off a fundraising campaign to support some badly needed part-time staff for 2024 and to get started on our next 20 years. I have a REALLY high goal to have 200 individual donors of $25 or more by March 30, and $80,000 in donations or commitments for 2024 by April 30. The 200 donor goal is to demonstrate to potential large donors how important our impact has been to students, parents and staff. That 200 number is as important as the $80k. We’ll need all the alumni, parents and former instructors and other staff and friends possible to reach this goal. We are up to about 124 donors so far.

I am asking friends from my college years and engineering career to join the cause as a way to support the next generation of engineers, scientists, business minds and technologists that the world so badly needs over the next 50 years. Of course, donations of more than $25 will be gratefully accepted!

Visit our DONATE page. We offer several payment methods, including Venmo.

Also, if you’d like to see what we’ve done or watch in the future, you can keep up with us on Instagram or Facebook at @roboticsbeyond.You can let me know your thoughts on our programs and if you know of intern, co-op or full-time openings that RAB alumni might be suitable to fill. Our alumni are incredibly capable, motivated and successful. You can also stay up to date with us by subscribing to our email list.

Sincerely,
Paul Chayka
