Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy for Workshops, Events and Long-term Programs

Registration is required for all Robotics And Beyond programs. A profile must be created for your student in order to register for any program. Except by prior permission, payment must be made in full at the time of registration. Payment can be made using our PayPal link on the profile page using a PayPal account or a credit/debit card. Payment may be made by check or cash before or at the class by prior agreement only. Once you have registered for a class, refresh the page or login to your profile page again to find the PayPal link.

Long-term programs: Examples of long-term programs include After School STEM and Design and classes held over a number of weeks. These programs can be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the start date with full refund minus a 10% administration fee. No refund will be made for classes cancelled less than 2 weeks before the start date.

Summer camp registration requires a deposit followed by final payment by a certain deadline. For Summer Camp refund and cancellation policy, please visit our Summer Camp Details page.

One-day workshops and one-time events: These registrations can be cancelled up to 3 days before the event with full refund minus a $10 fee. No refund will be made for classes cancelled less than 3 days before the start date. Fees for Open Studio workshops are based on the number of hours attended and payable at the event only by cash or check
